Team Roles

Creating a financial plan that meets your goals and needs is a very focused and personal process but, to do it properly, requires a holistic and strategic approach—more than you could accomplish on your own or from a single financial advisor. Aspen Wealth Strategies taps into the knowledge and insight of our entire team to provide a level of service that’s hard to find elsewhere, regardless of whether they are fee-based or fee-only wealth management firms. Learn more about the members of our team and how they work together to foster your success.

Wealth Advisor

Your wealth advisor, also known as your financial advisor, partners with you to map out your goals and how, together, we can accomplish them. If necessary, we can collaborate with your current tax planner, insurance broker, estate plan attorney, or financial consultant to ensure we are on the same page.

Wealth Manager

Your wealth manager or investment advisor puts the strategies you built with your financial advisor into action by constructing a strong foundation for your investment portfolio that matches your goals and risk tolerance. He or she also implements tax-efficient strategies for tax planning purposes and rebalances your portfolio when conditions warrant.

Wealth Planner

Your wealth planner keeps everything on track through regular planning sessions and open conversations. Building stronger financial plans begins with investing in relationships. Communication is essential. With that in mind, your wealth planner ensures that you understand all the pieces of the puzzle and collaborates with your wealth manager or investment advisor to implement strategies that support your plan. Also, he or she reviews your estate plan, insurance documents, tax returns, and other pertinent documents to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Relationship Coordinator

Your relationship coordinator serves as your primary point of contact. He or she coordinates with you and your wealth management team (financial advisor, investment advisor, wealth planner) to enhance the flow of communication and provide essential support. Also, your relationship coordinator functions as your Raymond James Financial account attendant. In short, he or she is here to help deliver the experience you deserve.

Office Administrator

Our office administrator supports our team and is the front line of customer service for clients and guests who are visiting our Denver wealth management offices. From scheduling meetings and designing databases to editing correspondence and directing incoming communications, our office administrator is essential to both our firm’s and clients’ success.
